Lincoln Towers' Private Security Force
Already in one of the safest areas of New York City, Lincoln Towers has the added luxury of being able to maintain its own, private Security force. Under the leadership and supervision of David Nisthaus, a retired New York City Police Department lieutenant, the Security force consists of 30+ men and woman whose uniformed presence, whether patrolling on foot, bicycle, in vehicles, or stationed in one of the four security booths in the complex that are manned 24 hours a day, adds an additional layer of safety and peace of mind for all Lincoln Towers' residents and their guests. The Security officers also provide assistance in lock-out situations and emergencies, and interface regularly and as needed with the police and fire departments.
